Our Philosophy

JJ Miller & Co. was founded by Jeremy Miller, a licensed and insured general contractor who enjoys bringing older homes back to life while preserving the character that makes them special. We believe in working hard, communicating honestly, and doing the job correctly, even when the best solution requires more planning or effort.
Every construction project involves three competing priorities: quality, schedule, and cost. A project can rarely maximize all three at the same time. For JJ Miller & Co., quality is the non-negotiable part of that equation. We would rather provide an honest price and a realistic completion schedule than make promises we cannot confidently keep.
The budget and schedule may be adjusted, but the standard of workmanship cannot.
